The Partners is a Scottish bistro with international influences, a relaxed and informal atmosphere in a bright and contemporary space. 

Great seasonal produce sourced daily from the market and our chosen suppliers. Our chefs prepare everything in house from our ice cream to the fresh bread baked daily.

Owned and operated by Andrew Hull and Iain McMaster, The Partners’ Bistro opens daily from 10.00a.m for tea and coffee, cakes and scones. The excellent value pre-theatre menu is available seven days from midday to 6.30pm (last order in kitchen). The lunch menu (midday to 5.00pm) offers a range of light bites and salad bowls alongside favorites such as fish and chips and homemade burgers. For evening dining we have our superb bistro menu, running daily from 5.00pm to 10.00pm. The chef’s seasonal specials are also available at all times.
